Since our opening in 1950, we have offered specialized custom processing of our customers’ game animals. It is our goal to cut and wrap your meat to “meet” your specifications, using state of the art equipment and technology. We offer the following  further processed products: Jerky, Breakfast sausage, cooked sausages and bratwurst.

 

GAME ANIMALS WHICH ARE BROUGHT IN BONELESS,MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF DIRT, HAIR, ETC. IF NEEDED, THEY WILL BE SUBJECT TO  AN ADDITIONAL UP-CHARGE OF $0.50 CENTS PER POUND CLEANING FEE. AT OUR DISCRETION, WE MAY REJECT BONELESS ANIMALS, ALLOWING YOU TO CLEAN THEM AND BRING THEM BACK LATER FOR PROCESSING.  WE TAKE EVRY PRECAUTION TO INSURE THAT YOU GET YOUR OWN MEAT BACK FROM YOUR OWN ANIMAL.
